hey dude, check out this frame, its an 08 and the cranks and headset are included, the cranks are really good, just aske the guy what size the frame is, youll need a medium or large. search this "08 blue and white kona stuff"

yeah it looks pretty good, would you use the parts frome your old bike like the wheels and all that stuff. That frame would be a big improvment from yours, the only other thing you'd need to get is a new fork, which are pretty cheap for a good one, jarrett has one that he probly sell you for like $75, the Drop off, when we hang out tomarrow and do the mount tabor stuff we can check out some other forks and frames before you decide on that frame. it looks good tho.
